ADMINISTRATION OF DRAWINGS
On the basis of our certified QM system, we carry out meticulous administration of drawings for our customers.
Each tool is assigned an article number from which all production processes can be read and traced. Revision notes describe every modification made to the tool from its origin, thus documenting complete traceability.
The reproducibility of your orders is thus guaranteed down to the smallest detail.
Creation of drawings
In our 3D design, offer and approval drawings are created on request.
By using the latest 3D CAD CAM technology with integrated collision monitoring, we can test the technical feasibility of individual tools in advance and rule out any machine collisions.
This has the advantage of exhausting the production possibilities, especially with more complex tools, and giving our customers a corresponding added value.
MEASUREMENT LOGGING
HIGH-END MEASURING
Using high-precision measuring machines in air-conditioned production environment, the measurement results are documented in detail using the latest >>pilot 4.0>> measurement programmes.
This ensures continuous precision and reproducibility for our customers.
On customers’ request, we will issue a corresponding measuring report in the course of manufacturing your tools.
All data relevant to you are included in the report, which you can request as a PDF file or printout.
